I need to be in Midtown manhattan by 10:00 tomorrow morning. Would 8:00 be early enough to leave from Monticello? Thanks!

I live in Westchester County, just north of NYC. many days it takes an hour to drive into Manhattan. Granted, you'll be driving into Manhattan after rush hour. Still, if you really need to be somewhere at 10, leave by 7 at the latest.

I did exactly that last monday. Left at 8, got to the parking lot at 9:45. Not to say you can't have traffic, but 7 seems excessive.
