I am making yerushalmi kugel
For a simcha. Is there a fancier way to make it then just round pan cut up? Tia

Personally I would bake them in loaf pans to get nice logs which would slice nicely too.
Or you can make individual kugels in elegant stand up paper edged muffin cups. Or you can make it in a round flat (not rounded edges) tube pan.

Kosher Pallete ( I think) had this beautiful (big patchka) noodle kugel with pecan crown that you made in a bundt. Maybe yerushalmi kugel can also work in a bundt

Or make it in a flat pan and use the stacker scooper to cut nice circles. Maybe make it a bit taller if you do this, so it looks nicer

Casting a vote for individual ones. They look pretty and most people like the crust best anyway (or, any way that's the case in my family.) I saw them at a kiddush where they had been baked in those cupcake papers that look like this and they were so pretty!
