So I took the cubed pastrami that I posted about yesterday, (smelled fresh,) and sauteed with onions and cubed potatoes (like hashbrowns kinda.)
Now what else to make? I need more food for supper...

A veggie side. Salad? Steamed broccoli? Are the quickest options off the top of my head.

I would do green salad. It balances out the heaviness of the pastrami.

Something with color and warm.
I thought of broccoli or snap peas or string beans or roasted veggies
