I'll be serving rice and will make it fresh on the day but not just before serving. How do I rewarm in the evening without it getting dry or burned?

Put it in a baking pan and keep it well wrapped in a low oven so it keeps warm. You can put it on 350 until it heats through and then lower it to 200.

Wet a paper towel, squeeze pu most of the water and lay it on top of the rice. Cover the pan very tightly
