Ring around the Torah
Pocket full of Mitzvos
Do them, do them
So we won't fall DOWN!!!
-
We also do Shema with lots of motions:
Ve'ahavta (hug yourself)
Bechol... (make big circles in the air)
Hadvarim Ha'eleh (indicate "here")
Asher Anochi (point to self)
Metzavecha Hayom (commanding gesture)
Al levavecha (point to heart)
Veshinantam (make "book" with hands)
Bam (clap)
Beshivtecha (pat lap)
Uvelechtecha (power-walk hand motions)
Veshachbecha (lean head on "pillow" hands)
Uvkumecha (open hands in "V")
Ukshartam (roll one hand around the other arm)
Bein einecha (indicate where Tefillin go)
Uchsavtam ("write" in the air)
Mezuzos (kiss hand)
Uvisharecha (draw doorway with hands)
It takes a while for kids to get it at first, but it sure helps with understanding the Shema!

wow hisorerus! that's impressive! my dd would get such a kick out of that - I don't know if I'd want to do it right before bed - it would just rile her up.
others:
if you're happy and you know it (clap your hands, stamp your feet, give a hug/kiss, jump up high...)
hokey-pokey (really helps them learn body parts - right now I'm not doing right hand/left hand, just hands... we're not up to right/left yet!)

Love the shma!
How about itsy bitsy spider? My kids love that one.
We also do "shabbos angels are peeking through the window, mommy's lighting candles and daddy goes to shul." I'm sure some of you switch the words to the hebrew ones - but I was taught that in san diego hebrew day school as a kid so it stuck.
yesterday my 2 year old complained that his foot was hurting so when I took him up on my lap to examine his foot and check that his toes were ok he smiled and said "do little piggy". He tricked me into it!
