There is a good sheitelmacher in Mea Shearim, on the left after kikar shabbat, then you walk 30 or 40 meters and it's near a hat shop (for men) and money change.

its the road that runs up from kikar shabbat, parallel to strauss. she speaks english, and I was always happy with what she did.
