I haven't hears specifically about moving, but Tuesdays in general are considered a "bentched" day as by sheishes yemie beraishes it says "ki tov" twice.
I know my father always tried to schedule our weddings on a Tuesday, when possible.

Sure. I davka got married on Tuesday and my wedding invitation even says that the Chasuna will take place " Yom Shelishi Yom Shenichpal Bo "Ki Tov"

Its not actually the actual moving in that it's referring to, it's when you put the flour, candle & chumash that officially signifies moving in.

Yes I have heard of it, its bc Hashem said ki tov twice. Its not a must.I havent heard of flour and candles.I have heard of bread and salt. And seforim. A pushka is also a good thing to bring in straight away.
