I got from a relative a raw piece of meat called pickled beef roll, and also plain beef roll. (They have strings around them)
Please help me with how to cook them????
Thanks

The pickled beef roll you can either cook in water (45 minutes per pound) on the stovetop or bake covered in the oven with diced onions.
I bake my pickled chicken roll on 270 for about 6 hours. I'm not sure if beef needs different timing.
For the plain beef roll- do you like it sweet or savory? For sweet you can bake it with duck sauce. For savory, rub spices into the meat- garlic powder, salt, paprika, black pepper, cumin, turmeric etc... dice up some onions and put all into an aluminum pan. Cover extremely tight. Bake on 300 for a few hours.

Thanks.
If anyone has more precise recipes I would appreciate since I'm not so good at pouring a little of this and that...,

Pickled beef just needs to be cooked in water1/2 hour to 45 minutes per lb. then sliced when cool.
You can the make a sauce to serve with it and warm it up in the sauce or warm it up in chicken soup.
You can do a mushroom sauce , onion sauce
Sweet and tangy chrein sauce etc
