I'm in!!!!!
I need to lose 50 lbs, but Its too overwhelming so I am making my weight loss goal 30 lbs for now!
I'm so excited to have this anonymous support group!!

I'm joining. I started right after sukkos but it's been going slow, so I'm excited to have a group.

Should we make posters accountable Wink ?

I can make a list of all the posters in the thread and have a weekly check in.

I hope it's not to late to join.
Finally went back to weight watchers and am waaay up. Would like to lose 20 lbs - 15 probably more realistic.

Yes!! I like that . I woke up so excited. It's much easier to do it together! But on a new thread we will all have different names. Everyone remember their name or we should all be given numbers?. Let's see who lasts out the longest! Again I will say thatt ive got 2 eating evening events this week. I refuse to push it off, so pls don't avoid coming on here if your meal plan won't be perfect. We're being realistic. It's all about a healthy lifestyle for one months. Wednesday I'm out all day and eating out twice a day. My dinner might be slice of pizza with few chips. As long as snack will be fruits and I continue back on track straight and I don't indulge at the pizza store.

My plan is to eat good meals, make healthy choices , drink a lot of water and go to sleep early Very Happy

I started weight watchers and I’m loosing about 1 lb a week. I am not hungry on this plan. Over succos I wasn’t following and gained back 3.5 lbs. So far I lost 2 lbs once I went back on the plan. I highly recommended it.
