The metal bowl is an additional $150 and you definitely need it for challah making. Usual price for the entire package is around $550?

It doesn't have the metal bowl for Challah? Someone I know is looking for a deal on the Bosch but I think she wants the metal bowl as well.

Last year this time DB Electronics in Lakewood had the full set on special for $490 and 14th Ave Hardware in BP had it for a little less than that. Call and try your luck.

Not sure about now, but for BF a bunch of the big stores had down alternative on sale $18-20 (this seems to repeat every BF with more stores each year. I got mine when it used to be just Kohl's, and now Macy's definitely had and I don't remember which others, maybe JCP? Target?) So there is definitely hope for you there.
