My Chocolate Chip Cookie batter isnt batter, its more piece-y crumble. I must have added too much flour.
How do I fix it?
Add an egg? Add water?
Any special technique?
I know solids have to be mixed last, so Im thinking to add an egg to half the batter and then combine the wetter batter with the drier batter.

Did you use oil?
I recently used a different brand oil than usual and the batter was terrible.

I would just add a drop more water... slowly, so it’s not too much otherwise the dough will get too sticky

What’s your recipe? Maybe it needs some tweaking. The order May made a difference.

Smush it into a 9x13 and make bars instead of cookies? Could be yummy! Use it as a pie base if it gets too crumbly
