I had an emergency Friday and had to freeze my dough. Can I still use it? If yes, how do I defrost it? Fridge or room temp. It is a double batch. I used 7 cups of flour. Looking to bake tomorrow.

If course it’s usable. Defrost in fridge. Never defrost anything at room temp, ever. If it not a yeast dough, it’s good to go when soft enough to handle. I find rolled dough actually works better when slightly frozen.

I think defrosting it should be fine. Leave it in the fridge overnight.
Hope they turn out yummy
