Would you consider "buying her a job"? She doesn't have to know that the money is coming through you. This way you can find her something that she'd consider ideal, and if she's good, what employer wouldn't mind having a free worker?
I've done this for my kids many times. They had no idea that I orchestrated it. I would just say that I spoke to Mrs. X and she's looking for help doing Y.....and more than once they automatically got same job for real the next year because they did such a good job.

Are you financially able to let her be in camp all summer? That might be your best option.

I work, so I’m out of the house. For all those saying she will hang out with friends, all her friends have what to do. She wasn’t accepted to camp for a whole summer even if I wanted to send her. She will be home alone and will be very moody from boredom. Also this will be first half that she’s home
I can pay for her to have a job, I can try that. Thanks all.
