Baked ziti with a sweeter taste

I always liked that sweeter taste in baked ziti that many caterers make but I whenever I make it it comes out with a sharper taste. Any ideas about which tomato sauce they are using?

I have a lasagna recipe that’s sweeter. It’s added sugar.

Caterers most likely make their own sauce or add heavy cream, sugar, milk...
