I would like to make it more exciting than just one activity. Escape room and all those we do on a non bday too. I want a full day with surprises for her.

We went to the kosher culinary school in flatbush. The chef runs a cooking competition with the guests, and then you get to eat the food. It was really fun, and took a few hours.
