I think that we will feel the need to thank Him and sing His praises. We will want to do something because we will be so grateful! I'd be perfectly happy with an incense service. I think it would be lovely.
I definitely think the Kohanim and Leviim have a place in Moshiach times. Ever been to a Carlebach minyan? The singing and joy are absolutely uplifting and it gives you a high that lasts all Shabbos long.
