I don't have that cookbook. Sounds like what I'm looking for. If it's not too much of a bother, would you please be able to send a picture of it? TIA

16 oz egg noodles, cooked according to package directions
1/2 c oil
1 1/2 c sugar
4 eggs
1 Tbsp flour
1Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
Cinnamon
Raisins
I bake it covered for about an hour on 350 because I dont like it crunchy. Sometimes I uncover it for the last few minutes

Thank you so much! Looks pretty simple. I'll try it! Do you need the full 1.5 cups of sugar? Have you ever put less sugar with success?

The original recipe called for 2 cups! I would try with one. It should be plenty sweet.
