I am looking into this but not the hibee gebee stuff
I don’t want energy healing etc.
looking for in the Five towns area preferably but willing to travel for a very good doctor.
One that takes insurance is a plus!

There is a lot of work if you want to avoid medicine. You need special furnace filters, mattress and pillow covers, frequent cleaning and dusting, remove carpet, etc. I went to an allergist like that and this was the advice. He was a good doctor but there are no shortcuts.

You can look into NAET, SLIT and various immunotherapies. There are supplements you can take to reduce reactivity, as well as gut healing diets. If this is for a child, there is an integrative functional medicine dr on LI that specializes in allergies and immunology, and he takes some insurance plans.

And it's impossible to always avoid all triggers, there will always be something. Better to address at the root to bring down reactivity.

We travel to SoCal food allergy institute in California from the East Coast, but it’s a huge financial and time commitment. They do oral immunotherapy for multiple food allergies.

What do you mean by alternative allergy medecine? What type of allergy are you trying to treat? are you trying to avoid Albuterol, an Epipen, Benadryl?
