I was asked to bring 2 salads to a chanuka party and my mind is blanking. Please share your best crowd pleasing salads, including dressings. Thanks.

Romain, with a big mound of heart of palm in the middle and red onion thinly sliced around
Creamy garlic dressing - mayo, tons of garlic powder, tiny pinch salt, a bit of almond milk to water down to right consistency
I make my own mayo

Mixed greens on the bottom
Then mosaic veggies on top - little mounds/square peppers all colors seperate, tomato, cucumber, carrot, black olives, etc. All veggies diced
With a balsamic dressing
1:1 oil - balsamic vinegar, salt, honey, fresh garlic - shake before serving

Red cabbage with pomogranate and almond slivers to decorate on top

Spring Mix with assorted roasted veggies (red pepper, sweet potato/butternut, red onions, mushrooms, etc.) and balsamic dressing
