Does not sound like he's on the mend. He could be too weak to cough. He's been fasting for a week. Take him in.

. Hopefully it's nothing. The weakness and not eating after a week is very very concerning and you should not underplay it.
We were told to take ubers. Put your phone down when you get there and ask them to order the uber back. Iyh it will be fine, but you don't want to go to the hospital after he's not responsive if it is pneumonia. You want to get hmm treated before it starts moving. Chv.
I'm sure any rabbi would tell you this... He is one years old and can't tell you what's wrong. You must check it out.
