Baked apples. Core a whole coryland apple. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Add a little water to pan. Cover. Bake. Min 2 hours but it depends how soft you like it.

I’ve made the Pesach Blondies from between carpool using erythritol. I use 1/2 the amount it calls for sugar.
