Cracker tilipia--I don't have have exact measurements, but here's what I do:
1-1.5 sleeves of square crackers, crushed either by hand or processor
Diced garlic--I use premade, about 1-2tbls
.25c oil
Salt and pepper according to taste
Combine and coat tilipia, bake 350 for 30min

Dip in mayo-ketchup-spices mixture, roll in corn flake crumbs, fry or bake

I used to do 'breaded' - mix crumbs (I used GF) with onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, roll on both sides (I do it in the pan) & spray with pam or drizzle w oil. I usually preheat to 475 or higher & it's pretty quick, maybe 10-15 min til flaky & crisp on top.
Now I am low carb I just squeeze lemon, sprinkle soy sauce & a little oil, broil about 12 min (depends if small or larger pieces). I find it delicious.
