People are reacting in many ways to this pandemic. Some become thoughtful and caring, others tense and a bit rude.
Feel free to describe what changes in human behavior you have observed since the virus breakout.

I'm seeing a lot of chessed, people checking in on the elderly and offering to run errands for the home bound.
I'm seeing people realizing how they can manage to live more simply.
I think we'll see a lot of families having Pesach at home for the first time.
And hopefully, in December, we'll see a lot of new babies.
Yes, there's stress and anxiety and uncertainty, and those are hard. It's up to us to use these difficult times as a vehicle for self-improvement.

I'm seeing s lot of achdus between people who don't often interact. I'm seeing embracing of technology by people who don't usually use it much. I'm seeing a lot of people who are agitated and trying to support each other, and doing their best when they realize that the person who usually supports them needs their support.

I imagine that this is going to be a long-lasting effect, as people realize that the internet can be such a force for good.

I’m getting quite anxious. I feel like it’s closing in on me.
I stopped caring about mundane things. Like kids clothing shopping. I wouldn’t step Into a store if I don’t have to. But I’m not even in the mood of online shopping.
I have taken upon myself some things as a zchus. I try not to watch videos on YouTube or Hulu. I said: Hashem im protecting my home from outer influences. Please protect us from this virus it shouldn’t enter my home.
I’m also more careful with negel vasser for myself and the kids.
And I keep on hugging my kids and kissing them. Like I found myself this night holding my son in his room and just crying as I sang hamalch hagoel begging Hashem to protect us.
