I'm looking for a good recipe that doesn't use margarine for either kokosh cake, babka or rugelach. I have a bread machine, so bread machine recipe for the dough would be great. For Rugelach, I'm looking for a soft rugela. (I love Zishe's bakery in Evergreen rugelach in Monsey, and the cinnamon rugelach from Isaac's bakery in Brooklyn, on Ave J -- if anyone has a recipe that comes out similar to either of those that would be amazing).
