When is the appropriate time to let your nanny know when you are expecting another child?

When I had my last I told my cleaning lady and baby sitter early. I needed understanding and more help than I usually ask for. I probably told by about 8-10 weeks.

If you want extra help now, you can tell her now. Otherwise 4th 5th month is fine.
