There is a story that a man went to the Rebbe to ask him about a young man and woman who were from the community but had moved in together. "What do we do?"
The Rebbe said, "What do you mean what do you do? Organize a wedding and make sure they have everything they need." The story goes that the Rebbe said that such a situation as this you make a wedding even in the Nine Days.

And we all know probably just as many couples who were shomer whose marriages were equally terrible, as well as people who were not shomer whose marriages were excellent. Well, maybe YOU don't know such people, but I do.
