Pasta Salad
From a newspaper in Rockland county
Bag or box tri color pasta, cooked and drained
1/2 can baby corn, drained and cut up
1 red pepper
Dressing:
1/4 cup sugar
1 T salt
2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/8 cup vinegar, any
1/4 cup oil, any
dash black pepper
Toss together and eat cold. Enjoy it !

I make this really simple by using a bottle of italian salad dressing instead of having to make the whole dressing.
it's really good, but u have to add more dressing right before serving it, cuz it gets absorbed.

I boil the noddles the night before, becasue of that.
Using bottled dressing is an excellent shortcuts; I usually don't use that much oil, though.
