It's weird to put this in the toddler section but he isnt a preschooler yet. He's 2 1/2. He knows the upper case letters. Does anyone have a good way (games etc) to teach lower case letters? For capitals I used magnets, but dont have them for lower case. I do have some ideas myself but would be interested to hear more. And I know he is young and I could wait but we arent in America so he wont be learning it in school there so we're going to do it at his pace and when he is ready.

make a memory game, capital to lowercase
point them out in books and on package lables etc.

We have flash cards with Upper Case and Lowe Case. You could go into a store like Big Deal and see if they have that. Otherwise, go into a store which sells English workbooks (there is one I know of in Raanana www.wizkids.com or maybe .co.il) and get one appropriate for age 3-4.

I have the Dr. Suess abc game . It's a great way to teach and practice the abc's . Maybe u can purchase it online.

also, he may be a bit young for this, and I dont know how much you want him to use a computer, and you'd probably have to sit with him., but starfall.com is a great website that has lots of different activities

leapfrog makes a lowecase magnet letter set, it comes with a mat that matches up the lower and uppercase letters.
