Are you on Medicaid? Is it a mental health issue? I have contacts for both. If it's Medicaid, the state can look into it for you: ManagedCareComplaint@health.ny.gov

Fidelis is simply impossible to deal with. The best thing is to file a complaint with the attorney generals office.

I had very good luck going to Linked In, finding the names of all their executive vice presidents, and emailing them three times a week till the matter was resolved.
