Called back for 2nd interview

They seemed very interested in me and said they’ll be in touch end of week. If they offer me the position, does that mean they think I’m Forsure taking it? I never had this before. Was always one interview and they let me know

Congratulations!
Not at all. It's perfectly OK (and probably even expected) that when they call to offer you the position say thank you for the offer, I need a day or two to consider my options.
They may even tell you to let them know within a certain time-frame. They do not expect an answer on the spot

This is a two way street.

Until you see their offer, you can't decide, so of course you can still say no.

They have to tell you how much you'll make, benefits, expectations, etc.

Even if you love everything, it's a good idea to say it all looks great, but you want a short time to think it over. Kol vachomer if you have any second thoughts.

You also can try a counter offer, if you're ready to walk away but want to let them know what it would take to get you to commit.
