Fake in the sense that they include anything anyone sends in. If 5 of us report growing a tail,you will see on vaers that 5 people grew a tail.
As for the second half of your post...I'm not sure..

So basically because you don't like the information on VAERS you are just screaming its fake. I don't see any reports of tails. All reports are followed up and verified.

Harvard did a study and found that Vaers only includes about 1 percent of adverse events.
