How big are the houses ?
How long does it take you to go into BP?
Is there a shuttle for the ladies to go into the city?
What is Vaad controlling ? (Besides price)

I was recently there for a shabbos. I was very impressed with the neighborhood and the community lifestyle. I hear the yidden and non jews both are on the same market so houses that go for a bid can be taken by a [gentile] as well.

There are grocery, fish, and meat deliveries made daily by several stores in bp and a grocery which is currently in the works.
Vaad does not control anything besides for trying to keep the housing prices down… re schools, they are doing their best to accommodate the growing community.
