Last few years I have a very hard time fasting. I'm wondering I'd there's some foods I should eat before that would help.
I've already switched to decaf coffee a couple of months ago. Honestly, I am not seeing a difference in any way but still sticking to it for now since it's supposed to be healthier.
I've also been making an effort to drink lots more water.
What would help me particularly before fasting?

My parents always served brown rice.
It breaks down slower than other carbs.
And obviously drinking water.

I find avacado amazing.
Pineapple and pineapple juice
Watermelon
Grapes
Brown rice or brown pasta
Chicken, chicken soup

The less toxic the body is, the easier it is to fast.
Lots of raw, water-containing veggies help move toxins out of the system when at the same time you limit intake of processed food.
