Hi,
I need some help with ideas for suppers that are healthy/low calories but don't taste it. is that even possible??
I am on a diet so my meals are generally healthy but my husband complains about it..he wants lasagna, pizza, fried chicken etc. its just us and a toddler so don't really want to be making 2 meals everyday as well as I have no time.

That's a tall order! I think dairy is hard. Your best bet is make or buy pizza/lasagna. But round out the meal with a salad and vegetable soup. For yourself you can make scrambled eggs or tuna.

You could bake breaded chicken cutlets but I don't know if that would cut it for your husband. I think make savory and flavorful chicken recipes. Like homemade shwarma or asian stir-frys. You can skip the rice, laffa or pita (or portion control) while he feels like he has a normal meal. In my book all meals should have a lot of veggies!
