My old downstairs neighbor did waxing in her house. I have no experience using her but I know she did it. However she often goes to America for Pesach so I don't know if she is around now or not. If you are interested I can give you her name and #. Just pm me or something. I'd prefer not to post her # here.

a lot of sfardi ladies also do this thing with two strings, to pull out unwanted facial hairs
I dont know what its called, though, but it looks really cool
(I once saw two friends doing each other at the mikva while they were waiting)
