I agree that different style dresses made of matching fabric would be fine. A five-year-old should dress like a five-year-old and her mom should dress like a mom.

I love the look! Would definitely do it for a dressier occasion. I’ve already bought several coordinated sweaters or head accessories for my daughters and I. I think it’s very cute!!

At first I thought no way!
Then I saw the link you sent, I don’t like those particular dresses but I think it’s fine. Each dress is made for that persons age and they are the same fabric so it’s matching. I would do it.

At first I read OP and thought "no" but the links are different dresses with similar patterns/ fabrics- I'm ok with it.

Dissent. I like it, as long as the dresses are age appropriate, as others have said--matching, not identical.
