Sure!

Pesach Stuffing
2 onion
2 green zucchini squash
2 potatoes
2 carrots
1 small celery knob
2 Tbsp oil
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
black pepper to taste
1/4 cup sifted potato starch

Peel all vegetables. Thinly grate all of vegetables (recommended to grate by hand since vegetables in the food processor tend to be watery).
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium flame. Add the grated vegetables and saute for 15 minutes. Transfer them to a mixing bowl. Add the eggs, salt, pepper, and sifted potato starch (it must be sifted over the vegetables or it will clump.)

Is there a simpler no-fail non gebrokts chicken stuffing recipe out there?

Can the Braun grater blade with the large holes, be be used for this recipe?

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 Russet or Idaho potato, peeled and shredded
2 large carrots, peeled and shredded
1 small onion, peeled and shredded
salt & pepper
2 eggs, lightly beaten (optional)
2 tablespoons potato starch

Heat oil in a large skillet. Add shredded vegetables and sauté for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, and pepper if using. Allow vegetables to cool.
Once vegetables have cooled down, add eggs (if using) and mix well. Sprinkle with potato starch, and mix again.

You can slice eggplant the long way and stuff with filling, then roll up and bake. Serve with a tomato sauce.

Can this recipe be used to stuff chicken bottoms?

If not, whats an amazing nongebrokts (preferable vegetable) stuffing for chicken bottoms?

If yes, whats the texture of the shredded potato when the chicken is done, does the shredded potato stay "piece-y"? If yes, wouldnt I be better off replacing with mashed potato?

Can I just say…this was an old thread and I am laughing - the OP doesn’t want to spend a whole $4 on the Mishpacha! I spent $13 on the Pesach edition this past week!!!😆
