I'm curious to hear from people who have made the transition from a small owned business to a corporate position the pro's and con's. Was the transition hard? What are the differences? What would you have wanted to know before switching? If the job responsibilities are similar would you go for it?
Need help making a decision.

This is soooo dependent on lots of variables, no one can really help you without tons of information.
I did it. Both have their pros and cons. I prefer neither, lol.

I've only worked on corporate.
Advantages: Benefits tend to be better, more coverage, better support and training
Disadvantages: are a cog in a bigger machine, possibly less room to shine, can be less flexible if policies do not allow
