I just made it - half I used for a tuna quiche and the rest I'll use for a small apple pie, it works for both but it is not sweet. This recipe makes 2 med size crusts.
2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 c oil
1/3 c pareve milk/water
just blend and knead a minute or two. Then divide in half and flatten it into a pie plate or round tin or whatever. You can freeze other half or use for top like in a covered pie (you'd have to roll this one out between pieces or plastic wrap or parchment paper.) You can also make half a recipe.
