Didnt weigh myself this week. Went out to eat with my husband and had this yummy chocolate dessert so Ill be back next week and I hope I didnt gain!!

alot of people mentioned here how they went to a party this week or had a piece of cake. weight watchers is so good for this. the support is amazing. they make sure that once you cheat, you get right back on, starting with the next meal, not the next week.
how much u want to loose: I need to lose 16 out of the original 20!
what diet are u on: my own
excersize youre doing: bc of last weeks hospitalization I did not have energy to do exersize so today I tried the exersize bike for 15 mins and the pain was horrible. I had to stop!
this weeks loss: 2.8 pounds
what worked for me: I took a 3 hour nap in the middle of eaxh day this week so when I woke up for dinner I was really hungry.
what can I improve on: less carbs..
its so hard for me right now cuz of the pain in my stomach!

I said I would start again this week so here goes: I lost 1.8 lbs, total loss 39.5. I am still on WW-flex and I have about 10 lbs to go to goal. The first 30 came off pretty fast, the next ten very slowly and who knows how long the last 10 will take. What I did this week to be successful -- stopped noshing and got back to eating veges and drinking water. I have to work better on fighting the emotional eating because when I am stressed, I have to eat.

I'm in. Thyroid is normal again so I hope it will work this time.
how much u want to loose: all the thyroid weight. I want to weight what I did when I got married, and fit into my clothes the way I did. So, this means 15 kilos from my highest weight.
what diet are u on: 1500 calories. will reduce if it's too much.
excersize youre doing: errrr... I try to walk regularly...
this weeks loss: 2 kilos (total loss 5 kilos)
what worked for me: someone behind me to remind me if I pig out on the cookies I'll have a smaller dinner LOL
what can I improve on: more exercize, less nosh
