Do you have a degree? Masters? which field? How many years of experience do you have?
ETA: what is part-time? How many hours weekly?

Yes, I do work part time with that salary - I started this job after 'inflation' with the new rates
I've got close to 20 yrs experience. my experience is not specifically in case management.
