Their Zaatar spice is simply scrumptious. I sprinkle it on an avocado toast (toasted ww bread, mashed avocado, thin slice of tomato, some crumpled feta cheese). Gourmet!
We sometimes mix it with a little olive oil as a dip for Challah. DD likes to pour a little of this on her salmon, if I've made a plainer salmon that week (like just fresh-squeezed lemon and salt) to spice it up.
It is also great with grilled cheese.

This was inspired by an actual recipe. For about 4 legs, in one 9x13.
Fry a spoon or so of mustard seeds till they pop. Add onions and saute till softish. After the first minute of frying, sprinkle with umami and stir. After another minute or so, add a splash or two of dry white wine.
Put chicken in pan and drizzle with white wine. Sprinkle dry mustard powder and umami generously. Top with the onions, bake.
