Ds (4yr) is getting fever for every sneeze . Hes basically home at least once every few weeks .any ideas?

Going through the same thing with my 5 year old. He wakes up fine and healthy, then develops a fever during the day. We're always running to pick him up from school, and they probably think we're some seriously neglectful parents. It usually lasts only a few hours and then he's back to himself. No idea why it happens. I wish I could figure it out.
