St Louis has a wonderful kollel, nice sized frum community with multiple shuls and relatively affordable houses, plus many rental apartments/townhouses within a couple of blocks. Very family friendly/cheap city too and literally no traffic. Plus a 10 min drive to the airport. It's also VERY down to earth.
