Just made challa and I don't have eggs left
What can I brush on my challa instead?

Or borrow an egg from a neighbor, if that's an option....

I had the same issue and brushed oil on the challah. Didn't come out nice but was still a bit nicer than without anything.

Brush it with a bit of honey. You can thin it a bit with parve milk before you brush it.
