step classes and spinning. I get a real rush from both - the only exercises I don't feel bored for doing for an hour straight.

I love kickboxing. I do Turbo Jam. I think it's kickboxing plus other stuff.

I love the kickboxing class offered in my gym. There's also a very intense class called Basic Boot Camp which makes me work harder than the kickboxing class. It's my favorite.

I love TaeBo but I do think Billy Blanks should definitely rethink his gym clothes.

It's a stationary cycling class. People like it because it's terrific cardio that burns around 7-800 calories. It's usually the highest calorie burn of any class you'll find at most gyms.
I think it targets the butt, calf muscles, quads.

yup! thats why I love it! step classes or any of those just cant come close in calorie burning capacity lol

I forgot to add I also love doing sit ups. Even when I dont go to the gym (ie when Im not pregnant or trying to fix my postpregnancy body), I seriously feel better about myself at night if I know I did the amount of sit ups I said I would that morning. And I love the results. I miss sit ups ;(

Even though spinning burns a lot of calories, it's still important to do different types of cardio so your body doesn't get used to only doing one thing.

I heard that the type of exercise you like has to do with your blood type.
I enjoy aerobic classes and at home, the treadmill.
