There was just a video on Kosher.com on preparing Quinoa Kani cakes. I have never heard of Kani and tried looking it up to see what it is. Can someone help me out here? What is Kani? Thanks.

Mock crab. The orange/red and white sticks of whiting fish that is used in California sushi rolls. Found in the freezer.
