Is it the kind of success that depends on your personality as well? or only talent? Because Talent can be taught. I've seen a similar type of business being sold, with full hands on training from the business owner selling it, and the one who purchased has all the skills and is doing a great job executing jobs. But they have personality differences (neither are bad) and I'm inclined to think that the reason the previous owner was more successful was because her personality just drew in customers and they trusted her.
