My mil bought me a personalized linen type cover for my challah bowl it says the bracha on it too.
I highly recommend as a gift for people (or yourself) cuz its perfect

I let my challah rise in pots in a preheated oven that I shut off right b4. I cover with sprayed tinfoil

I oil my dough and cover with a cloth that has the bracha (it's a little like a challah cover, but unlined). I wash the cloth to keep it clean between uses.

How come the damp towel? I've always used plastic wrap sprayed with oil and a towel on top. I never knew ppl used garbage bags! Curious as to why...
