Usually it’s more worth it to take the standard deduction. But depends on a lot of factors. Charity would be one of the smaller factors.

Standard deduction for married filing joint is approx 24k. You can choose to use the itemized deduction instead of the standard deduction. This includes charity, state and local taxes, and mortgage interest. If the total of those is higher than 24k, then it's worth it to deduct charity. Otherwise it's not. (For 2020 and 2021 you were able to deduct a few hundred dollars of charity in addition to the standard deduction, but that's gone now).
